Adult Lakefront Learning Workshop
Thirst for Knowledge, Thirst for Justice: Watershed Learning on The Great Lakes
Join an adult learning community to study water, a defining feature of our geography and of our social, economic, political, cultural, and spiritual lives.
Every workshop will include a short talk, discussion, hands-on activity, and tea. For the first workshop, we will be discussing the issue of water quality.
We invite you to pour yourself a cup of tea and settle in, steps from Lake Michigan, to listen to local and regional water experts'many of whom live in Evanston. In addition, we will be discussing future workshop topics, so please bring your ideas.
