Enrich Evanston believes that the arts can be a tool for educating the community and provide a bridge to bring our divided communities together. Enrich Evanston through the arts is a free community workshop for all arts groups, artists and everyone who loves art, to learn what has divided our communities historically and how the arts can help bring them together today.
Dr. Gilo Kwesi Logan and Dino Robinson will take an Evanston history perspective to lead us beyond diversity, deepening our racial/ethnic awareness, knowledge and understanding.
All are invited to lend their voice and their creativity to the conversation on October 19 at 6pm at Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center. Refreshments will be served and childcare provided.
