Halloween Trick or Treat Official trick-or-treating hours for the City of Evanston are 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, October 31.
Evanston children are encouraged to participate in the ELIMINATE Project, a partnership between the Kiwanis Club of Evanston and UNICEF looking to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus.
