Evanston Animal Shelter’s Annual Trot for Tails Dog Festival and Walkathon is hosted by the Evanston History Center and will take place on Saturday, October 26, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon on the East lawn of the Charles Gates Dawes House. Enjoy a two-mile walk/parade along the lakefront and adoptable dogs from the shelter. There will also be prizes for the best trick dog, costumed dog, and historical costumed dog!
