Fall Fest at Downtown Evanston Farmers' Market

Fall Fest October 26

Celebrate Fall Fest at the Market on Saturday, October 26, 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  Visit the Spud Club tent; all kids will get a pumpkin to decorate (age 10 and under – limit one pumpkin per kid!). You can win a big decorated pumpkin donated by Elko Farm if you guess that pumpkin’s correct weight. Join in the Pumpkin Roll, pumpkin decorating, and other guessing games! Everyone (kids and adults) are encouraged to wear costumes to the market!

Market Information

The Downtown Evanston Farmers' Market is held from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday through Nov. 2 at the intersection of University Place and Oak Ave (behind Hilton Garden Inn, east of East Railroad Ave.).

The market has a festive atmosphere and is a real crowd-pleaser. As many as 58 vendors sell a wide variety of goods each week, including fruits, vegetables, meat, flowers, cheese, eggs, and baked goods. Visitors are encouraged to arrive to the market hungry, as food will be sold on site.  LINK cards are accepted. Again this year, LINK customers will be able to receive a match of up to $25 per Saturday.

There's plenty of fun for kids! The Spud Club offers free, fun activities for children ages 2 to 10 years old.

Parking is free in the adjacent 1800 Maple Avenue Self Park Garage with ticket validation at the City of Evanston tent. Live animals and pets, other than service animals, are not allowed at the farmers' market.

For more information, please visit the Farmers' Market web page.
