Evanston residents of all ages are invited to celebrate the back to school season at the 'Kits, 'Cats and Kids Block Party! Join us on Thursday, September 12 to enjoy games, arts and crafts, family-friendly activities, live music, the ETHS  and NU Marching Bands, rousing pep rally-style speeches, and many delicious dining options!
