The conversation will center around how can our neighborhood build housing that addresses affordability, flexibility and diversity? Join us for a community dialogue on the role of coach houses in the West Village's artist row and discuss a pilot program to encourage the development of an art-centric live-work district at Florence and Greenleaf.

EDC will share its vision for a community-owned business that constructs environmentally sustainable, sensible homes by and for Evanston residents.
