Community members are invited to participate in the City's annual Earth Day and Arbor Day community clean-up event, “Clean up, Evanston!," on Saturday, April 27, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at locations throughout the city.  Visit VolunteerEvanston.org or call/text 847-448-4311 to sign up.

In addition, community members can join Mayor Stephen Hagerty at the Clark Street Beach Bird Sanctuary, located at Clark Street and Sheridan Road, at 10 a.m. for a tree planting ceremony and proclamation celebrating "Natural Area Day."
