Save the date! Come celebrate Earth Week with the D65 Green Teams at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, April 26 in the Rotary auditorium. The second annual 10 Second Film Festival will feature the short film “Plastic is Forever” by 13-year-old filmmaker Dylan D’Haeze. This will be followed by our own District 65 students’ short film creations. We welcome all of our students’ ideas on sustainability! This year, we’re particularly interested in thoughts on how to reduce our use of disposable plastic (for example: snack bags, straws and eating utensils). Enjoy seeing the children's voices and find out how you can become involved in environmental efforts in D65 schools.
