Evanston properties are being re-assessed by the Cook County Assessor. You are invited to a Property Tax Appeal Workshop to learn how your assessment was determined and to file an appeal with the Cook County Assessor. Please bring a copy of your property tax bill or your property index number (PIN). Evanston property owners can file appeals from March 15 through April 15.
