Property owner Bill James will conduct an informational presentation, discussion, and polling of various options for development of a single family house with parking at 2626 Reese Ave. This meeting will feature various housing designs and sizes, and options with polling of those in attendance.  The intention of the meeting is to gain a better understanding of what the neighborhood believes is the best option and most appropriate development of the property.  The meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 14, 2019 in Room G300 at the Civic Center.

This meeting will not result in any City recommendations or approvals – it is informational only.  Based on the outcome of the polling, the property owner will move forward with a proposal at the January 28, 2019 Planning & Development Committee meeting.
