The League of Women Voters of Evanston will host an informational forum on the two referendums that will be on the November 6 ballot for all Evanston voters. The forum will be held on Sunday, October 14, 2 p.m., at Evanston Township High School, 1600 Dodge Ave. Attendees should enter through door 6.
