Join the Evanston Police Department and The Fitness Matrix for "Five-0 Fitness" on Saturday, October 6, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. In anticipation of the expected rain this weekend, the event location has been moved to Main Event Boxing & Fitness at 2306 Main St. There is plenty of free parking along the east side of the building. Enter through the rear entrance. Evanston’s finest will be there to greet you and welcome you to our newest and most energetic outreach program.

The event will include a 60-minute workout followed by healthy eating tips and an opportunity to chat with officers from the Evanston Police Department. This program is for those 18 years and up. Admission is $10, payable at the event.
