Join Over The Rainbow Association (OTR) for an evening of fine art at their August Gallery OTR Opening Reception. OTR will feature Northwestern University’s OLLI Student Photography Exhibit on Thursday, August 2, 5 to 7 p.m., at the Hill Arboretum apartments (2040 Brown Ave.).
