  • How a boot camp workout works, preventing you from feeling intimidated or frustrated when you first attend (things seem really fast at first until you understand how it works.)
  • You’ll learn the important “dos and don’ts” for water and food consumption before and after exercise.
  • You’ll learn the keys to success and how to easily change your nutritional habits to support your exercise program (ie. faster and easier fat loss.)
  • You’ll meet people just like you (HINT: A support circle is a key to lasting success.)
  • You’ll learn about “change psychology” and why other programs may have let you down.
