The proposal to issue general obligation bonds of the City in one or more series in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $50,000,000 as part of a plan of finance to construct and equip a new Robert Crown Community Center, Ice Complex and Library Center, including but not limited to the demolition of the existing Robert Crown Community Center, and to pay certain related expenses.
