Evanston City Clerk Devon Reid and Parliamentarian Joan Bundy will present, "How to Adjourn Before Midnight," on Tuesday, June 26, 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Morton Civic Center. Attendees will learn about the City Council's rules of order and how it influences policy.
