 Popular images of yoga feature incredible feats of flexibility and strength.  Luckily for the average person, the most useful yoga practices are simple and accessible to everyone.  In June, you are invited to come learn a few foundational yoga skills that will help you feel better in your body right away.  No fancy clothes required - just curiosity!  

Cost: $8, payable at the class
