  • City of Evanston IT Service Outage Planned for Evening of February 5

    The City of Evanston's Information Technology Division has scheduled a network maintenance period this Friday, February 5, beginning at 9:30 p.m., and lasting for a minimum of 30 minutes up to a maximum of four hours. During this time, the City of Evanston and the Evanston Public Library's websites, email and non-emergency phone services will be unavailable. There will be no impact to radio services or 911.     The Evanston Ecology Center's annual egg hunt will be held in the Ladd Arboretum on Saturday, March 26.     Evanston's public buildings will be brightened with local artwork thanks to the City's new Public Art Loan (PAL) program, which matches Evanston artists with City-owned facilities to display their work.
