Proprietor Alpana Singh this week announced plans to open a new Mediterranean restaurant, Terra & Vine, in downtown Evanston at 1701 Maple Ave. at Church Street Plaza, in the space formerly occupied by Bravo! During the February 8, 2016 City Council meeting, Mayor Elizabeth Tisdahl presented former Negro Leagues player Ray Knox with a key to the city.
