The City of Evanston’s Housing & Community Development Act Committee will hold a public meeting to hear comment on the Third Substantial Amendment to PY2019 Action Plan on Monday, October 12, at 7 p.m. Comments may be submitted by email to housing@cityofevanston.org by 4:30 p.m. on October 12, by phone at 3-1-1 (if outside the City of Evanston dial 847-448-4311), or by video conference during the live public comment period of the virtual City Council meeting on October 12 . All interested persons are encouraged to attend.

The Third Substantial Amendment of the PY2019 Action Plan includes the second allocation of CDBG-CV funding in the amount of $506,127, for a total of $1,586,370 in CDBG-CV funding. A draft of the Third Substantial Amendment to the PY2019 Action Plan is available online.

The -day comment period for the City’s Third Substantial Amendment to the PY 2019 Action Plan opens on Monday, October 5 and closes Monday, October 12.
