Calling all downtown Evanston residents and businesses! Join 1st, 2nd, and 4th Ward Councilmembers for a Draft Comprehensive Plan Town Hall on Tuesday, December 3, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Evanston Main Public Library. At the Town Hall, we will discuss the Draft Comprehensive Plan and attendees will have the opportunity to share their thoughts and feedback.
