Evanston residents of all ages are welcome to the Robert Crown Community Block Party taking place on Saturday, September 11 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Robert Crown Community Center (1801 Main St.) Join the Evanston Public Library and Robert Crown Center as they reintroduce some community partners and the new facility. You’ll be able to enjoy:

- Games
- A community art project with Evanston Artist Piloto
- Arts & crafts with Antiracist AF
- Fun STEM activities
- Story time with local Evanston author Kira Bigwood
- Books from Young, Black & Lit
- Get to know local community organizations

Be sure to come hungry! La Cocinita food truck and Tamilito will be selling delicious items from their menus! We will also be concluding the Black Business Month raffle and announcing the gift card winners.
