To improve access to services in Evanston and the surrounding areas,  Dementia Friendly Evanston is looking for people to share their experiences of living with:

• Memory loss
• Dementia
• Mild Cognitive Impairment

The focus group is open to both people living with these conditions and/or their family care partners. The discussion will be in a small group setting.
