ALARM PERMIT

City of Evanston False Alarm Ordinance

As an Alarm User, the City of Evanston requires the payment of $100 for an initial Alarm Permit with an annual renewal fee of $30. Please call the Alarm Permit Coordinator at 847.866.5010 ext 4018 to get a permit application. Leave your name, address, and telephone number and an application will be mailed out to you.

OPERATION OF AN UNLICENSED ALARM SYSTEM MAY SUBJECT YOU TO PENALTIES INCLUDING FINES OF UP TO $500 PER OCCURRENCE.
