PURPOSE:
1. Hear and decide major variations from provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
2. Hear and make recommendations to City Council on applications for certain major variations and all special use permits.
3. Hear and decide appeals.
MEMBERS: There are (7) ZBA members, all appointed by the Mayor.
MEETING DATE: 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month @ 7:30 p.m.
PLACE: Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Avenue, Council Chamber
