General Administration
The Finance Director is responsible for the central financial functions of the City. Duties involve providing technical support as well as participation in the formulation and execution of the City's financial policies.
The Finance Department includes accounting, collections, and financial services and provides for the direction and coordination of Accounting, Auditing, Budget, Purchasing, Payroll, Collections and the City's Minority/Women/Evanston Business Enterprise Program.
